Order

I filled in the wrong address. What can I do?
A mistake is easily made! When you have accidently filled in the wrong address please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. They will try their best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed, and that it could be too late to make any adjustments.

I did not receive a tracking code.
If you did not receive a tracking code, please check the spam box of your e-mail program. If you can't find the e-mail in your spam box, please contact our customer service department at happytohelp@yumeyume.eu.

All orders are shipped on regular weekdays, Monday till Friday. All domestic & international orders are shipped with FedEx/UPS. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so that you can trace your order.

Due to holidays delivery times may vary.

Returns

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the product. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the products can only be returned when they are completely unused, tagged and sent in the original packaging, double boxed.

Returns for outside EU: Please reach out to happytohelp@yumeyume.eu - We will be able to assist creating a return label for you. Please note: The costs for the return will be deducted from the refund.

Returns within EU: Please send the tracking number of your return shipment to happytohelp@yumeyume.eu so that we can keep an eye on your return and make sure your order will be refunded as soon as possible.

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by YUME YUME customer service.

When do I get my refund?
We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or paypal account that was used for the order.

Did you receive my return?
Once we have received your return, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes a maximum of two working days to start processing your return. Once it is processed in our warehouse, we will start the refund or store credit process. We will send you an email once this is finished.

What are the costs to return an item?
The costs of the return depend on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for the price. Please note that return shipments are at the customer's own expense.
