The Puffy skirt evolved from our Puffy dress. The narrow band and voluminous skirt remind us of the great scallop shell. When inverted, the pleats in the skirt give the same linear effect of the shell. Resulting in a direct translation from one of our core footwear styles, the Camp shoe.
